After we have taught ourselves a little LaTeX a day comes such that we are being given a beautifully prepared—with Word—and printed—on a sheet of paper—instruction which describes, how our article (opus) should look like.
The problem arises of confronting of all the requirements with our knowledge of the system: Which class to choose? Can the Computer Modern font substitute for the recommended Times New Roman? And more generally—which fonts to use? How to modify the “standard classes” for the result to resemble the Publisher's requirements as much as possible?
And about that (based on the mwcls classes) I will be talking with (detailed) examples and explanations of the meaning of the modifided parameters.
